Relationship Counseling
Relationships can and do provide all of us with a sense of joy, happiness, and fulfillment, but they can often result in confrontations and hurt feelings.
discovery / solutions can help married/partnered couples work through their challenges, help new relationships grow and flourish, and give valuable advice to people in relationships of all kinds. I encourage you not to wait for difficulties to become adversarial before seeking out professional advice.
discovery / solutions helps people in important relationships communicate positively from the beginning and avoid potential disconnections and separations later on.
Utilizing discoveries from the Relational Model at the Stone Center, Wellesley College, relationships are best understood as “mutually empathic and growth fostering.” That is best understood as mutually caring relationships, or we care about each other, we believe in each other, and we support each other.
As a key component of maintaining purpose and connection on a daily basis, helping people to enhance their relationships is a key aspect of my practice.
